3. Get in Touch: Send us a few words about your project along with the uploaded picture. Within 24 hours, we'll reach out via call, text, or email to discuss your design and provide a cost estimate for the design work.

4. Design Approval: Once the cost is agreed upon, we'll get to work on your project. We'll send you a sample for your review and make any necessary corrections to ensure it aligns with your vision.

5. Engraving Process: With your approval, we'll commence the engraving process. Our skilled artisans will bring your custom artwork to life with precision and attention to detail.

6. Final Touches: Before shipment or pickup, we'll ensure everything meets your expectations. We're committed to delivering a piece of art that you'll cherish.

7. Payment Terms: All custom projects require a 50% deposit to initiate work. The final payment will be due prior to shipment.
